Atlanta Community Services was founded by Darren Thurmond in 1997. After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Darren worked at Perry Realty Services. At the time, the Community Association Management industry was in its infancy with very few companies that offered the service and expertise needed.
Over the years, ACS has grown to service communities throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Despite our growth, ACS remains focused on quality of service rather than Association numbers, as client retention and tailored services are the cornerstone of our business.
In addition to our growth within the Community Management industry, ACS now offers Realty services to assist our homeowners when they are ready to sell or rent their personal homes. When you are in need of Real Estate services, ACS Realty Advantage is ready to help!
ACS also offers our Associations an optional in-house maintenance company called ACS Maintenance Advantage to assist our communities with general maintenance needs for their common areas and amenities.
